How the Concierge Service works?

Register, pay 1,00 € one-off payment (get it reimbursed with your next transaction) and your account will be activated after a couple of minutes (max. half day).

For 1,00 € you get much more than just document services, the following is for free:

  • Lifetime membership incl. shipping and forwarding address in Germany
  • Consulting on products and purchase process incl. call-back service
  • Goods inspection and warehousing
  •  Mail Package consolidation and repackaging
  •  Further services such as removal, attachment or scan of documents
  • International insured express and premium shipping (incl. return shipments)
  • Preparation of customs documents and declarations
  • Handling of customs processes
  • Drop shipment and discreet shipping

Place your order

Send us your shopping list


Check out our shop selection and l et us know in the Concierge form which products you’d like to purchase / get paid or picked up by us. Then pay the actual costs for the goods upfront. We ask for a handling fee of 10% of the order value (costs min 3,00 €) , in case you need a pick-up service we charge a 20,00 € standard fee for the Pick up Service (if higher pick-up costs occur, we will discuss with you before executing the pick up).

Afterwards we will purchase the items, arrange payment or pick them up for you. The items will be delivered to our warehouse in just a few days.

You may track the actual status of this process in your customer account. This is also, where you can adjust options or cancel the concierge order.

Now, you decide …

Once your shipment has arrived, you will see that in your Inbox, where you can define the next steps.

In the Outbox you calculate your final shipping costs, you decide what you would like us to forward and what you want returned. Here you also select the shipment options.

60 days (Standard & Sensitive Account) / 90 days (Premium Account) free storage allows you to continue your online shopping tour. When you are ready we consolidate your orders to save shipping costs.

Additional shipment options: Drop shipment and Discreet shipping

We reduce your packaging sizes for free, thus you save shipping costs.

We consolidate for free – thus you ship just one package for several items.





We forward your items

Once all your items have arrived, and if either the original packaging turns out to be unstable, or multiple orders are consilidated into one, we repack your parcel for free.

The preparation of customs documents and declarations is also done by us, as well as the customs handling!

We ship your parcel fast, insured and door-to-door with the express or premium services of several carriers, where you can even define the delivery time! Shipments outside the EU are declared under Incoterm DAP (Delivered at Place, named place of destination), which means duties are not paid by us under this term.

For each package we provide a tracking code and a status overview in your account, which allows you to monitor the status of your parcels in real time.


Concierge service with eBay?

Of course, you can get your won auctions or Buy-it-now purchases delivered to myGermany. We take over the entire purchase or payment process for you. Just select the eBay option in the Concierge form.

Please consider that we cannot bid for you. That means : You do the bidding and we do the rest 🙂

And also mind that eBay is a private sales platform, hence, there’s no compulsory right of return. For this reason, myGermany cannot arrange for any return shipments when it comes to purchases made via eBay.

For private sales, such as Ebay-Kleinanzeigen, we do not take over liability.
