We have an important update for our customers: on December 19, 2025, myGermany will officially become part of forward2me, a leading international parcel-forwarding provider with strong operations in Germany and across the EU.

This integration will offer our customers better capabilities, improved logistics options, and even greater reliability for all international shoppers.

What Will Change?

Starting December 19, all parcel-forwarding operations currently managed by myGermany will be handled by forward2me. Here’s what this means for you:

• You will receive a new German shipping address from forward2me, which will work in the same way your myGermany address does today.
• Any packages already on their way to your myGermany address will still be processed normally.
• Beginning December 19, you will have a 90-day transition period to update your retailer accounts. We recommend switching to your new forward2me address as soon as it becomes available.
• If you have both a myGermany and a forward2me German address, your accounts will be merged, and you’ll continue using your forward2me account.
• Parcels currently stored at myGermany’s warehouse (up to 180 days old) will still be eligible for shipment via forward2me after the transition.
• New customers who wish to register with myGermany will instead be able to sign up for a free account with forward2me here.
