How does Package Forwarding work from Germany?
You can get packages sent to myGermany warehouse when you shop in Germany. Therefore you need to enter our address in the CheckOut (please register here >>). Once we have received your package, you need to define the next steps (consolidation, repacking, add/remove documents, select shipping method and transport insurance etc.)

myGermany generates these data. You will need to enter data such as description and value in the Expected-Box, so that myGermany can assign incoming parcels to your order. We take your data, improve and create the customs documents. Please make understandable and truthful statements to avoid any misunderstanding.
How much does package forwarding from Germany cost? Are there andy additional fees or taxes with package forwarding?

Can you arrange for Pick-up Service in Germany?
Yes. We handle the whole communication, payment and pick up if demanded. Please mind that articled need to be packed by the seller. Please also note that some articles are not in condition for an international transport, myGermany will check that upfront.We charge a 20,00 € standard fee for the Pick up Service (if higher pick-up costs occur, we will discuss with you before executing the pick up).
