Use our PickUp-Portal – let us know what to be picked up at what address, provide us all relevant shipping information and documents, and we will pick up at your place and ship directly worldwide. You can select between several shipping methods – from Economy to Express.

Standard vs. Express Pick-Up
myGermany can pick-up packages at 20,00 EUR. Any larger items are subject to an individual quotation. We can use gathered trucks, or our own truck with a dedicated driver.
Packages can be picked up within 2-5 days (Standard) or 1-2 days (Express).

Concierge Plus+ Service
You need us to organize the entire process on your behalf – selection or condition evaluation, communication, negotiation, payment etc.?
Then please use our Concierge Plus+ Service.
We will assist and advice you for your full satisfaction. Just let us know what you are looking for in our Concierge Plus+ Form.
Warehouse or Direct Delivery
We can either pick-up into our warehouse, where we check the condition or consolidate with other items, or prepare it adequately for the international journey.
Or we can organize the pick up and direct delivery to you. Therefore, we need to make sure the shipment is secured and packed adequately.

Our own vehicle fleet consisting of transporter and trailer
With our new Concierge Pick-Up Service, an own driver incl. vehicle fleet consisting of transporter and trailer, we are able to take up complicated requests. Whether the collection of a special racing bike including payment on site or a jet ski with subsequent delivery directly to Mallorca, we can now carry out any extravagant order.
Let us pick-up your bulky items in Germany and organize the global forwarding incl. customs clearance.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you pick-up unpacked items for me?
We can pick up unpacked goods all over Germany & EU. Based on the size of your items, we can either send sub-service providers or our own our driver, who will pick-up and transport your items secured and insured (max. 10,00 EUR per kilogram / 8,33 SDR; max. 500,00 EUR; no insurance of used goods). For details please contact us or initiate a Pick-Up-Order in your account. We will get in touch with you (and sender) to discuss the options and costs!
How much does the Concierge Service & Pick up Service cost?
Our fees are just 10% of the order value (costs min 3,00 €) for the Concierge Service and 20,00 € standard fee for the Pick up Service (if higher pick-up costs occur, we will discuss with you before executing the pick up).
Can you arrange for Pick-up Service in Germany?
Yes. We handle the whole communication, payment and pick up if demanded. Please mind that articled need to be packed by the seller. Please also note that some articles are not in condition for an international transport, myGermany will check that upfront.We charge a 20,00 € standard fee for the Pick up Service (if higher pick-up costs occur, we will discuss with you before executing the pick up).Any questions? How long does an concierge or pick up order take?
Generally it is executed on the same day or takes up to two days maximum. You will be informed by email and in your customer account about every step.
Can your Concierge purchase/sell without VAT?
For EU customers we charge 19% VAT.For Non-EU customers we can purchase/sell without 19%VAT. Please let us know in the Concierge Form that we can purchase/sell without VAT.
