Register, pay 1,00 € one-off payment (get it reimbursed with your next transaction) and your account will be activated after a couple of minutes (max. half day). As soon as you have received your new German delivery address you can start your online shopping tour.

We check and photograph all incoming goods precisely before forwarding (unless you ask us to do otherwise). So let us know what you have ordered in your Expected Order Box and we will inform you accordingly.

Now, you decide …

You will see an overview of the status of your items in your Inbox. You will find photos and details about the conformity with your order, late deliveries, damages, details regarding the weight of each item, etc.

In the Outbox you calculate your final shipping costs, you decide what you would like us to forward and what you want returned. Here you also select the shipment options.

30 days (Standard & Sensitive Account) / 60 days (Premium Account) free storage allows you to continue your online shopping tour. When you are ready we consolidate your orders to save shipping costs.

Additional shipment options: Drop shipment and Discreet shipping

We reduce your packaging sizes for free, thus you save shipping costs.

We consolidate for free – thus you ship just one package for several items.




We forward your items

As soon as you initiate the shipment you will need to pay our fees upfront via Paypal or CreditCard.

We repack your parcel for free, if either the original packaging turns out to be unstable, or you consolidate multiple orders.

The preparation of customs documents and declarations is also done by us, as well as the customs handling!

We ship your parcel fast, insured and door-to door with the express or premium services of DHL and FedEx, where you can even define the delivery time! Shipments outside the EU are declared under Incoterm DAP (Delivered at Place, named place of destination), which means duties are not paid by us under this term.

For each package we provide a tracking code and a status overview in your account, which allows you to monitor the status of your parcels in real time.
