We Open & Check your Goods
We automatically open and photograph incoming packages for Premium Members (except Drop Shipment). We will photograph the label and the items in the package itself. Thus you or our staff can immediately spot any potential issues and ensure your packaging is in good shape so that the contents inside remain safe.
Detailed Pictures of Your Goods
Detailed photos of your already received items can be sent on request. Simply select the option in your customer account. You can even select the Detailed Picture Option for each incoming parcel.
The Photographs will remain in your account, so you can compare items’ condition after receipt.

Do you Open & Take Pictures all Incoming Packages?
For Premium Customers we open each package and take pictures of the content. You can order additionally detailed pictures in your account, whereas you define if we shall open product packaging as well.For Standard Customers we don’t do that. Please note that we do check the content as we are forced so by law. Because myGermany is liable for content and shipment towards to carriers and customs.
Do you Open Drop Shipment Packages?
No.
How can I get Detailed Pictures or any Inspections of my goods?
Please opt this options in your Inbox. At each order you can click the icons (Pics, Scan, Inspection etc.) and leave a comment. We will process as soon as possible.
Can I keep my Original Packaging?
Yes. You can let us know if you want to keep original packaging boxes and/or original sales/product packaging boxes. These options you will find in the CheckOut once initiating a shipment.
